Find not received package listed as delivered

If the tracking status appears as delivered, but you can't locate your order, ask your neighbors or contact the carrier.

If the order is listed as "delivered" but you have not received it:

  • Check if another person who lives at the same address or is a receptionist in your building has accepted the delivery.
  • Check if a failed delivery attempt note has been left in the mailbox or on the door. This note contains instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up the package. In case of absence, carriers can deposit the package at collection points.
  • Contact the carrier to request more information about the delivery of the package. Remember that you must have the order tracking number on hand.
  • It is very important that you inform us immediately of any order or product that you have not received. Please note that we will only be able to resolve it for a period of 14 days from the estimated delivery date.
