I received a different size to what I ordered. How can I change it?

We have costumes from different manufacturers, so we adapt the sizes to unify them on the website. This means that the nomenclature of the costume size may vary in relation to that indicated.
However, if you have proof of having received the wrong size, contact us requesting the return through "your account" in the returns section or through the contact form (below) indicating:

  • Product reference
  • Order number
  • Reason ("I received a different size than the one I ordered")
  • Photo of the barcode of the costume along with a photo of the size

Once we receive your request, we will contact you as soon as possible to solve it.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received the order to make this claim.
