I still haven't received a refund. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Our Quality Department may need a few days to review the return, even if you have received the confirmation of the arrival at our warehouse. However, the refund will be processed as soon as possible and within the legal term of 14 calendar days from the date we receive it at our facilities. We try to provide an efficient process, although it can be more extensive in periods of high volume of work (Christmas, Carnival or Halloween).
